If you face any issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Return Window<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may request a return or replacement within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery (unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Eligible Reasons for Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A return\/replacement request is eligible in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You received a <strong>wrong product<\/strong> (different model\/variant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is <strong>dead on arrival<\/strong> \/ not working as described<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has <strong>physical damage during shipping<\/strong> (must be reported immediately as per Section 4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing items\/accessories that were promised on the product page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Minor cosmetic marks\/scratches are normal in refurbished products.
